Stephen Mercer
Steve is the recently retired Vice President , Learning and Leadership Development at The Boeing Company. Whilst with Boeing he was responsible for creating the Boeing Leadership Centre and its accompanying suite of programmes. In both cases it is widely accepted that he established new benchmarks for the rest of the world to follow. Before then Steve spent 30 years with General Electric where he became the director of GE’s executive level action learning programmes at Crotonville.
