| Mike Lewis is Managing
Director of PenLion and brings to the company 30
years of human resources experience in blue chip
companies. He recently retired from the Standard
Bank as Director, Human Resources Development after
a banking career spanning 18 years. During this
time, he engaged extensively with global leading
edge practises and travelled widely to confer with
some of the world’s best companies including
the likes of IBM, Boeing, Shell, BP, Goldman Sachs,
Motorola etc. |

system that incorporated the use of the “Vitality
